Why we are consulting
This public consultation aims to gather stakeholders’ views on the achievements of ISA2. Information collected will feed into the interim evaluation of the programme.
Decision (EU) No 2015/2240 requires the performance of an independent interim evaluation of the ISA2 programme by 30 September 2019. According to the Evaluation Roadmap prepared by DG DIGIT, this mid-term evaluation aims to assess how well the programme has performed since its start (2016) until now and whether its existence continues to be justified in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, EU added-value, utility and sustainability. Furthermore, the evaluation results will be used to improve the implementation of ISA2 and of its eventual successor programme(s) and bring more value to its stakeholders.
